At FeMent, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene-related products, we have specific policies in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
Return Policy:
Please note that FeMent does not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened, as we are unable to resell or guarantee the integrity of opened items. This policy is in place to ensure that all customers receive fresh, untouched products.
Damaged Product Returns:
We only accept returns and offer refunds in cases where the product has been damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
Video Proof: To process a return or refund, we require clear video proof showing the damaged package at the time of unboxing. This helps us assess the damage and ensure that it occurred during transit.
Return Request: You must submit your return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How to Submit a Return/Refund Request:
Record a video of the unboxing showing the damaged package.
Email the video, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, to support@fement.in.
Our customer support team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
Refund Process:
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
